Don't shoot! I'm from Illinois!

Actually, for those who haven't seen the Doran's place, it's really nice. At least it was when we got there. (Just kidding, Mrs. Doran) And I guess I shouldn't have been making fun of Gary, Indiana, because the neighborhood was really nice, too. Hoffman was the only thug we saw all weekend. So, thank you, thank you to the Dorans for their hospitality.

I won't bore you with stories. Okay, I will. We must have thrown a 1000+ rocks, and at least 100 of those were at Will. We moved a 400-500lb burning tree into Lake Michigan. The dunes were cool. We took nothing but pictures and left nothing but footprints (and bit of vomit). Steph and J.P. spent the night and didn't fight (weird?). Here are few good ones:

Oh, and here are some Hoffman quotes from the weekend:

1) In defending White Castle's reputation after Tommy called it ghetto: "No way, man. My grandma hates black people and she loves White Castle."

2) "According to Glamour magazine, I have four of the seven traits that women look for in a man." For those interested, Ben tells us these traits are:
1 - "nice"
2 - "able to carry a conversation"
3 - I don't remember
4 - help me out, here
5 - "brown or black hair"
6 - "fit, but not too muscular"
7 - "doctor or teacher"

3) "Gee, Tommy, it's too bad you're not going to be a doctor."

4) Tommy asked him if he rapes his special ed students and Hoffman replied, "Well, it's kind of like, if a tree falls in the woods..."

Don't publish the puke - my parents will see it and know WHERE that happened. I'd like to go someday again.

I don't think we will ever run out. We invented a new game, too. We've been taping plastic dart tips to the bottle rockets and shooting them at the electronic board through that old 8' PVC pipe. I'll try to put one of the videos on my netfiles.
